You can permanently delete your Newborn AI Sleep Coach account and all associated data at any time, directly within the app.
Option 1: Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open Newborn AI Sleep Coach and log in.
- Go to Settings (tap the gear icon on the Dashboard).
- Scroll to the Account section.
- Tap Delete next to "Delete account", and confirm.
This immediately and permanently removes your account, baby profiles, sleep logs, AI Coach conversation history, subscription record, and referral data from our systems. This action cannot be undone.
About active subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active paid subscription. If you have one, cancel it separately through your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings to stop future billing — the app will remind you of this before you confirm deletion.
Option 2: No longer have the app installed?
If you've uninstalled the app and can't complete deletion in-app, email us at [email protected] (subject pre-filled with the app name, since this address also handles other Kyma Studio apps) from the address associated with your account, or include enough detail for us to identify your account, and we will delete it manually on your behalf.
What gets deleted
Account deletion removes your account, baby profiles, sleep logs, daily insights, AI Coach conversation history, subscription record, and referral data from our live systems. For full details on data retention, backups, and your privacy rights, see our Privacy Policy.
